Saraya Jade Bevis, aka Saraya, became the highlight of the professional wrestling industry at a very young age. Being a global sensation for her multiple championship reigns and other things, her journey in the industry has been incredible. Apart from her dedication and hard work, her passion for the industry lies in her blood.
The daughter of Ricky Knight and Sweet Saraya, Paige has her roots in the pro wrestling business. Not just this, she also has a brother named Zak Zodiac who has accepted professional wrestling as his life. Since Zak hasn’t appeared in any major promotions, much of his life remains out of the eyes of the public.
Zak Zodiac, or Zak Knight, was born on May 29, 1991, in England. Being the son of two professional wrestlers, he started training at the young age of 10. Possessing a British nationality, Zak has performed for the Norwegian Wrestling Federation, Real Deal Wrestling and the World Association of Wrestling.

Back in the past, Zak appeared for the WWE Tryouts along with his sister, Saraya, aka Paige. While she made it through, Zak couldn’t. Being the elder child of the family, the failure lingered in his heart for a long time. In a happy-sad moment for the family, Zak had to keep his emotions to himself.

Zak, however, made an appearance for WWE in 2011. Pairing up alongside Andy Baker and Tom LaRuffa for a 3-on-1 handicapped match against The Big Show, the trio was defeated. After much struggle, there have been many specualtions that he will join AEW in the future.
What kind of bond do Paige aka Saraya and Zak Knight share?
Zak Knight’s WWE Tryout was impressive, yet he failed to make it up to the Stamford-based promotion. Dave Meltzer once spoke on his Wrestling Observer Radio, where he spoke about why Zak missed the spot. “The one who was the better of the two, but he was not chosen to go to WWE, because Saraya was a cute girl,” he said.
While it was a heartbreaking situation for Zak, it didn’t stain his relationship with his sister. On the other hand, despite being the younger sibling, Saraya has left no chance of bringing her brother to the limelight. “I would love to see my brother get his movie,” she said on the Mark Hoke Show.

The AEW President, Tony Khan, has shown much interest in signing Saraya’s brother to her promotion. Tony promised to give him a spot in dark matches, but he must have his visa. Eventually, he did. “He never got the opportunity in WWE. They never gave him the time of day. He did all these tryouts and they never (gave him a shot),” Saraya added.
At last night’s AEW tapings before Dynamite went on air, Saraya’s Brother, Zak Knight made his AEW debut vs Peter Avalon.
Not sure if the match will air anywhere. But it seems to be his debut in an AEW/ROH ring.

With all this being said, Zak Knight’s future in AEW appears to be glorious. Saraya’s biography, ‘Fighting With My Family’ helped Zak walk his way to the limelight. As per the writing of this piece, he is now merely a step away from stepping into AEW and leaving his mark in the professional wrestling industry.
