Lawsuits involving celebrities are not uncommon, as public figures often face legal issues related to their personal and professional lives. Recently, former TNA and WWE wrestler, Rhaka Khan filed a lawsuit against various big personalities.
According to a report by PWInsider, Trenesha Biggers, who was formerly known as Rhaka Khan in TNA filed a $3 billion lawsuit. Rhaka has also worked in the WWE’s developmental system in the past. The names in the lawsuit involve dozens of famous personalities, including people from the Wrestling community, a basketball legend, organizations, and even a man who is no more for almost 16 years. Yes, you heard it right, the list of defendants also involves the late Chris Benoit, who unfortunately passed away back in 2007.

The plaintiff has filed a lawsuit against a large number of defendants, accusing them of conspiring to kidnap her and her children. Reportedly, the 48-page lawsuit was filed at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. The plaintiff also alleged in the suit that there has been a conspiracy regarding the criminal case against her since 2019.

Consequences of the $3 billion lawsuit by Rhaka Khan
As per the report, despite the lawsuit being filed in October last year, there were no further movements in the court until February this year. Moreover, Rhaka Khan has reportedly been notified of the suit being filed via mail at her home address.

Furthermore, Rhaka is seeking $3 billion in damages from the defendants. However, none of the personalities or organizations mentioned in the 48-page lawsuit have reportedly faced any consequences as of now.
