Last year, former WWE Developmental superstar, Trenesha “Rhaka Khan” Biggers filed a conspiratorial lawsuit against hundreds of defendants. A few of the names present on the list were Dwayne Johnson, Michael Jordan, Mick Foley, and the FBI.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Biggers has been pushing forward to get the case started and reach a legal conclusion as soon as possible. Moreover, the former Total Nonstop Action star also stated that Dwayne Johnson and his ex-wife Dany Garcia also hired men to attack her and exploit her child.
Consequently, the conspired lawsuit has been dismissed by District Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain recently. In addition to that, the court has also cleared Johnson and all the other defendants. The case always looked unreal as Biggers mentioned thousands of defendants who are major figures around the world.
Dwayne Johnson has not addressed Trenesha Biggers’ allegations
After getting named as a defendant in the $3 billion kidnapping lawsuit, a lot of rumors were spread about the name of former WWE superstar, Dwayne Johnson. However, the Jumanji star decided not to address any of the allegations.
Dwayne is a Hollywood megastar and he’s seen as one of the most influential figures in the world. Thus, the former WWE superstar being named as a defendant in a serious-looking case with allegations such as kidnapping caught the attention of the media as well as his fans.
WWE stars and celebrities who are also involved in $3 Billion lawsuit?
As revealed by a couple of reports, the lawsuit was primarily a list of famous names. The list was around 23 pages and a few of the names were mentioned twice and some of them were even misspelled. Starting with Dwayne Johnson, it also included the names of former Intercontinental Champion, The Miz, and Mick Foley.
Not only pro wrestlers but NBA Legend Michael Jordan was also a defendant on the list. In addition to that, legal organizations, as well as government businesses such as the FBI, Dany Garcia, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.,
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, The State of Texas, Bank of America, and Home Depot were also listed by Trenesha Biggers in the lawsuit.
Since the start, nothing has been legally proven, as the lawsuit was primarily based on a conspiracy created by former WWE developmental and TNA superstar Trenesha “Rhaka Khan” Biggers. Thus, on the flip side, the court requires tangible evidence to proceed in a case, which was not present in the Biggers’ case.
