Paddy Pimblett, who is known for his love for eating, visits Conor McGregor‘s pub in Dublin! Ellis Hampson, one of Paddy’s coaching staff had his birthday this past weekend. Hence, to celebrate the occasion, Paddy went for a day out in Ireland. One of his hangout spots was The Black Forge Inn.
As MMA fans know, Black Forge is owned by none other than Conor McGregor, the biggest superstar in MMA right now. Hence, visiting his pub was a no-brainer for the Liverpool Native. However, he was not alone. Paddy was accompanied by his fiance Laura and his best friend and UFC fighter Molly McCann.

The gang seemed to have the time of their lives at the eatery. Paddy even rated the food and judging by his rating, it looked like the food was amazing. While he gave the stake a rating of 9.6, Paddy rated the burger 9.1. However, the best moment came when they received a facetime call from the owner, Conor McGregor himself.
The Notorious one pointed out straight away the fact that Paddy has put on some weight as he is not in fight camp. “You’re already putting all that weight on again, lad.” Once Paddy said he weighed about 91 kilos at the time, Conor replied, “It’s crazy because your face is way different straight away.”
Paddy Pimblett thinks his potential fight against Conor McGregor will be the biggest UFC PPV ever
It is an understatement to say that Paddy Pimblett is on the rise. He has quickly become one of the most talked about fighters in the UFC at the moment. His magic was evident from his two fights in London in 2022. During both of those events, The Baddy stole the thunder and became the main attraction of the particular events.
Paddy is just 3 fights into his UFC run. So the expectations are high from the 28-year-old to do something similar to what Khamzat Chimaev has done and knock down the doors of the lightweight division. However, the UFC has played it safe with him in the first three fights. It will be interesting to see who he fights next. But Paddy has plans of his own!

Recently, Paddy expressed that he wants to fight Conor McGregor on his way to the top of the sport. According to him, if they fight, it will break the record for the highest-selling PPV in UFC. Currently, Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Conor McGregor at UFC 229 holds the record with 2.4 million PPV buys. However, it may not happen anytime soon as Conor has not fought since 2021 and seems to have retired.
It looks like there is mutual respect between them. While Paddy acknowledges Conor’s star power, the 34-year-old also is on friendly terms with him. So, it remains to be seen if they ever fight or not.
