Conor McGregor seems to be heading toward massive legal troubles. News broke recently that a woman accused McGregor of r*pe. The incident allegedly took place on June 9 in Florida after the NBA Finals Game 4 between Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets. While the initial report only described what happened that night, a recent video has shed some light on the matter and reveals the lead-up to the incident.
In the initial TMZ report, it was revealed that the woman in question was with her friend at the event. In the recently released video by TMZ, McGregor can be seen grabbing the alleged victim by her hand and insisting she join him. Then the video shows Conor and the woman entering, what seemed like a washroom. At the time, the woman was holding hands with her friend.

But, it can be seen that the other woman in the video did not enter the same premise as the alleged victim. At that point, the footage cuts off. It does seem to match the initial reports where the woman’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, claimed that the security personnel present on the premise, separated the alleged victim from her friend. While Conor’s attorney Barbara R. Llanes has denied the allegations, the video footage may stir up a fresh batch of controversy.
Fans are furious after footage of Conor McGregor and the alleged r*pe victim emerges
This is not the first time when Conor McGregor has been at the forefront of sexual abuse-related controversies. In 2021, accusations emerged of sexual abuse allegations against The Notorious. As per a report from the New York Times, the incident happened in 2018 inside the penthouse in his home country, Ireland. But the lawsuit did not lead to much, as the Irish authorities dropped the case after a full year of investigation for the lack of evidence.
However, that was not the only prior r*pe allegation against him. In a separate incident in 2021, he was once again accused of sexual assault as he allegedly exposed himself to a woman in France. But that case was also dropped after not much evidence was found against the Irish superstar. Hence the backlash against McGregor after the latest allegations have been vicious.
