Israel Adesanya sends the fans into a frenzy after he comes out in support of the recently released Andrew Tate!
UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya recently passed the biggest challenge of his life. In the UFC 287 main event, Izzy won over his arch-rival Alex Pereira via a thunderous knockout. He is once again sitting on the middleweight throne and there is no doubt that he will like to go on another run similar to his first title reign. However, before there is any news about his next career move, Adesanya is in the headlines for supporting Andrew Tate.
However, it is worth mentioning that Israel is not the first or the only fighter to have Tate’s back. Several fighters including Darren Till and Adesanya’s former opponent Marvin Vettori also campaigned for the Romanian authorities to release Tate. So what did the current middleweight king have to say about the controversial former kickboxing champion?
UFC champ Israel Adesanya praises Andrew Tate
Before his win over Alex Pereira, Israel Adesanya appeared on the “Honey Badger Hour” podcast on April 7. Although Izzy has been trolled previously for painting his nails and dying his hair pink, he spoke about the seemingly fading masculinity. The Last Stylebender praised Andrew Tate, David Goggins, and controversial psychologist Jordan Peterson.
He added, “Someone like Jordan (Peterson), Andrew (Tate), Dave Goggins guys like that, they are the ones who are really, I guess, to be honest, pushing men to be accountable as men. You know the world right now is trying to like soften us.”
Israel’s message certainly seems consistent with what Andrew Tate has to say. Not just Tate, Joe Rogan’s good friend Jordan Peterson was also amongst the people Adesanya credited for motivating the young men to be themselves. But Adesanya mentioning the Top G is bound to get all the attention from the fans. It looks like after spending over 90 days in the Romanian detention center, Tate finally has the world on his palms.
On December 29, 2022, Andrew was taken into custody on the suspicions of human trafficking, r*pe, and organized crime. Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate went through a lot during their detention.

Pacing a 3metre cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans.
Vivid pain.
One hour home and I cant stand my phone.
Some habits die hard.

After a number of extensions, they were finally released from behind the bars at the end of March. Currently, the Tate brothers are under house arrest and are set to return to hosting their “Emergency Meeting” podcast from the comfort of their house. But the case has not been dropped yet as the investigation is still going on. Will Andrew Tate be exonerated? Only time will tell.
