Over the years, people have often wondered why the MMA world praises Conor McGregor‘s abilities as a promoter. If you’re one of them, look no further than the infamous comments he made about Ali Abdelaziz at the UFC 229 presser.
Perhaps no fighter in the promotion does a staggering amount of research as the Irish megastar. ‘The Notorious’ did some serious digging before walking up on stage for the 2018 press conference. Even the UFC president Dana White called it “the darkest press conference” he’s ever been a part of.
Almost 5 years since the conference happened, it remains one of the wildest ones in UFC history. While on stage, the Dublin native launched a verbal attack on Khabib Nurmagomedov, his background, and more. After the obligatory face-off with ‘The Eagle‘, Conor went ballistics on his manager Ali Abdelaziz.

Abdelaziz is one of the most powerful managers in the MMA world right now. Aside from the former lightweight champion, the 45-year-old also manages several other past and current champions. He manages Henry Cejudo, Kamaru Usman, Islam Makhachev, Cody Garbdrandt, and many more.
After the face-off, Ali seemed to have made a remark about Conor holding two belts, despite not being a double champion at the time. This didn’t sit very well with the Irish icon before he began hurling abuses at Abdelaziz.
FYI, Noah is the son Ali abandoned in Colorado when he started as an informant for the NYPD and who he is $50k behind in child support for. @TheNotoriousMMA does his homework when preparing for war.

Conor said, “Shut your mouth, Ali Abdelaziz, you terrorist snitch.” He continued, “I know a lot about you as well, you madman. I know a lot about you as well. You keep your mouth shut kid! How’s Noah? How’s Noah? Huh? Yeah, shut your mouth. Never speak about me, ever in your life.”
“Watch yourself around me, because you’ll be out of here quick,” concluded Conor.
As per investigative journalist, Mike Russell, Noah is one of Ali’s many children. Apparently, Abdelaziz abandoned him in Colorado when he started working as an informant for the NYPD. The manager is also reportedly $50,000 behind in child support for Noah.
Ali Abdelaziz gives an update on his son Noah
Ali Abdelaziz and Dillon Danis had a heated back-and-forth on Twitter earlier on Wednesday. However, in the midst of it all, Ali seems to have finally shed light on arguably the most-asked question in the MMA universe – “How’s Noah?”
It is noteworthy that Dillon was one of the cornermen for the highly-touted fight between Conor and Khabib. Due to his closeness with Conor, Danis has never seen eye-to-eye with Ali. It all started when UFC lightweight champion and close aide of Khabib, Islam Makhachev took to Twitter. He questioned Elon Musk why he didn’t have a blue check next to his profile.

Danis, a known troll, swiftly responded, “You need to get your blue belt before you get the blue tick you bum.” About 4 hours later, Ali posted a picture of when he made the news after allegedly slapping Dillon at UFC 268. Accompanying the article, Abdelaziz wrote – “Stop talking trash to the champion you bum.”

To no surprise, Dillon fired back using Conor’s infamous question. “How’s Noah?” Dillon wrote. The manager had a fiery response of his own. Ali said, “Noah is actually a big guy now he can slap you too, you are an embarrassment.”
To cap off the back-and-forth, Dillon took one final shot at Ali. He claimed that the manager abandoned his aforementioned son after becoming an informant. Danis wrote – “How would you know? You abandoned him when you became an informant for being a terrorist.”

This exchange doesn’t surprise many fans as the duo doesn’t like each other. It is also likely that this is the last of the two taking shots at each other. Fans have again begun to ponder upon the whereabouts of Noah as Ali shines a fresh light on his son. It also throws in a suspicion that the father-son duo might be in touch right now after the alleged abandonment.
