Justin Gaethje proved he is the most violent man in the sports of MMA with his UFC 291 win. With the BMF title on the line, Justin Gaethje fought Dustin Poirier in a much anticipated rematch.
Dustin Poirier, who has been one of the best UFC lightweights for years hurt Gaethje badly in round 1. However, The Highlight made a comeback in second round with a brutal finish.
Justin Gaethje gave UFC fans a flash back of Leon Edwards head kick KO against Kamaru Usman. The former interim champion won the BMF title by beating Poirier in round 2.
After winning the BMF title, Justin Gaethje is aiming to fight the winner of Makhachev vs Oliveira 2. However, Conor McGregor wants a piece of the BMF after his UFC 291 win.
The former two division champion called out Justin Gaethje after UFC 291 and tweeted: “Justin, I’ll slap you around”.
Well, McGregor has the attention of the BMF now, who responded to his tweet in UFC 291 post fight press conference.
Justin Gaethje humiliates Conor McGregor for his desperate call out after UFC 291
The BMF seemed completely uninterested in Conor McGregor fight and branded him a cheater after UFC 291. Gaethje shed lights on Conor McGregor not entering USADA testing pool ahead of his UFC return.
“I don’t really care. I fight MMA. I like to fight big fights. I am not gonna fight someone on steroids. I have never taken steroids in my life and never will. Or maybe when I retire I might. I’ve never taken steroids and I don’t want to fight someone that is cheating.”– Gaethje started at after his win at UFC 291

The BMF also took a cheeky dig at Conor McGregor’s MMA record in the last few years as he stated: “I think he has turned me down six times and usually you have to lose to fight him. So I don’t know what is going on”
This is not the first time, Conor McGregor and Justin Gaethje have exchanged words over a potential fight. However, McGregor has always dismissed Gaethje’s call outs in the past. Ironically, this time it’s Gaethje’s who has rejected potentially the biggest fight purse of his MMA career.
Charles Oliveira takes on Islam Makhachev in a rematch for the UFC lightweight title at UFC 294. And it makes sense for Gaethje to wait for the winner of UFC 294 main event and fight for the undisputed title for the 3rd time.
