The Cincinnati Masters have come to an end after a week of top-level action by the players. While Coco Gauff won her first WTA thousand title, Novak Djokovic fought his way through to win the event for the third time. The winners of the ATP tour will be getting considerably higher amounts of prize money than the WTA tour. The tour-level events still have a major difference in prize money, unlike the grand slams.
The ATP players have a prize money pool of $6,600,000. Djokovic will gain a thousand points and prize money of $1,019,335, five percent more than last year for his record-making victory over the 2023 Wimbeldon winner. Carlos Alcaraz‘s ranking points increased by six hundred points, and he pocketed $556,630.

For the semi-finalists, they stand to gain $304,375 and 360 points. Players who reach the quarterfinal stage will receive $166,020 and 180 points. The first-round exits will win $26,380 and take home ten points.
In the doubles category, Máximo González and Andrés Molteni were rewarded with $312,740. Jamie Murray and Michael Venus will receive $169,880. Players whose run ended in the semifinals will win $93,310, and $51,470 for players who lost in the quarterfinals. Pairs who lost their opening match in the main draw will win $13,510.
Coco Gauff secures her career’s biggest win at Cincinnati
The WTA tour, as compared to the ATP tour, had a prize money pool of $2,788,468. Coco Gauff took home the winner’s trophy alongside $454,500 and over eight hundred and thirty ranking points. Karolina Muchova lost the final but gained five hundred and seventy-two ranking points and a prize money of $267,690. The semi-finalists will be richer by $138,000, while a quarterfinal defeat will give them $63,350.
The first round of casualties returned home with $12,848. The doubles winners, Alycia Parks and Taylor Townsend earned $133,840, while Ellen Perez and Nicole Melichar-Martinez won $75,286. The pairs whose journey ended in the semifinals will earn $40,432, while those who lost in the quarterfinals will receive $20,914. A defeat in the opening match will bring in $7900.

Players will now pack their bags and will prepare for the US Open. The winners at Cincinnati will have enough time to celebrate their glorious victories and even get in plenty of rest before the year’s final slam. In the men’s draw, it is a question of Djokovic’s reign, while in the women’s draw, Gauff’s win has given hope to a new era.
