Former Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips joined the Premier League giants Manchester City in July 2022. However, the 27-year-old’s move to the reigning Champions didn’t turn out to be as successful till now as fans would have hoped.
On the other hand, the Argentinian international Julian Alvarez has been slowly rising up the ranks at Manchester City. As per the reports, Phillips earns an annual salary at Manchester City ranging to $9.5 million. Considering this figure, his monthly wages will hover around the mark of $791.6K. In comparison, according to the reports, Julian Alvarez earned an approximate annual figure of close to $3.16 million when he first signed a contract with the club in Jan 2022.
However, reports further inflict that his latest annual salary figure in 2023 with the club ranges close to $6.33 million. Going by this amount, his monthly wages would approximately come up to $527K. Alvarez’s current contract with City runs till June 2028.
