Palmer is the second-biggest export of the academy of Manchester City after Phil Foden. There was a lot of buzz around the teenage talent when he made his debut for Manchester City. However, Palmer found his minutes limited due to intense competition for the attacking places in Pep Guardiola’s side.
Palmer was not allowed to move out on loan to earn minutes at a different club. Manchester City told him either he stays or he would get sold, which is what happened in the summer of 2023. Palmer moved to Chelsea and the rest is history. The English midfielder has a strong start to his life in London and stands with an outside chance to make it to the national team for the Euro 2024.
