Cristiano Ronaldo is possibly one of the greatest soccer players to grace the sport alongside his rival, Lionel Messi. He has been performing at the highest levels for over 15 years and continues to do so with his immense hard work and dedication to the sport.
He does not seem to stop as he is entering the last stages of his career. However, he was the top goal scorer in 2023 with 54 goals to his name. As he continues to age, his performances get better and better, just like the saying, “aging like a fine wine.”

On the practice field, Ronaldo displayed his free-kick prowess with a long-range shot that found the upper corner. “Cris, watch and learn” was the message added by the Al-Nassr hero, who recreated his 13-year-old son’s effort in the net during a training session by flexing on him. Finally, he concluded it with his well-known “Siu” celebration in a post on Instagram.
Ronaldo is ready for his return to play with Al-Nassr. The 38-year-old has helped the Saudi Arabian team’s quest for the Saudi Pro League and the AFC Champions League championship by scoring an incredible 24 goals in just 25 games across all competitions. It remains to be seen how he performs in the remainder of the 2023-24 season with the Saudi giants.
Cristiano Ronaldo feels his son is not focused enough
Cristiano Ronaldo says he won’t pressure his oldest son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., to pursue a soccer career, but he does admit that the 10-year-old’s Coca-Cola consumption still irritates him. Ronaldo is a naturally fierce competitor, and it’s clear that he aspires for his son to play professional soccer as well.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner was questioned in the interview if his son has what it takes to play elite soccer professionally. Ronaldo felt his son was not focused enough and said, “Not yet,” the former Real Madrid star stated. He further added, “I’m hard with him sometimes because he drinks Coca-Cola and Fanta sometimes and I’m pissed with him. I fight with him when he eats chips and fries and everything, he knows I don’t like it.”

The 13-year-old already puts on a show similar to his father and plays on the same team as Al-Nassr. His latest training session demonstrated that his youngster possesses the same great goal-scoring skills as his dad. On camera, the young player scored a goal from a free kick, looping the soccer ball into the upper corner from a considerable distance.
However, he has a lot to learn from the sport, and his father is one of the best in the sport. He is still very young and needs to develop according to his own time with the support of his dad, Cristiano Ronaldo. It remains to be seen how he develops and performs over the next few years.
