SUMMARY
- WWE is set to organize Royal Rumble 2024 on January 27, at Tropicana Field.
- Ahead of the PLE, Hulk Hogan has hinted at a return to in-ring competition.
Hulk Hogan is surely among the top few names when it comes to the list of legends in the pro wrestling industry. In his historic career, Hollywood Hogan has done it all and still remains popular among fans due to his endeavours outside of the professional wrestling world..
Even though the WWE icon retired from in-ring competition a decade ago, there’s a possibility that he might make a return soon. Hulk teased his return during a recent conversation, as he shared his comments about the Stamford-based promotion’s Royal Rumble 2024 PLE.

Talking about the potential surprises the January 27 PLE could have, the 70-year-old said, “You never know who’s gonna show up, I might have one left in me.” In this way, the legendary in-ring worker has put out the possibility that he might show up at the upcoming edition of the special event on January 27, 2024.
The WWE universe reacts to Hulk Hogan’s potential return
As soon as the fans got to know about the possibility of The Hulkster‘s return, they started expressing their disappointment through social media. Begging the 70-year-old WWE legend to stop all this, a pro wrestling enthusiast wrote,” That’s enough wrestling.” (Via: X)
Giving a similar response to reports of Hulk potentially being an entrant in the January 27 show, someone commented, “No Thanks Brother.” “Dear god please no,” a member of the WWE universe wrote to show his viewpoint on Hogan’s rumored Royal Rumble appearance.
Will Hulk Hogan really make a return at Royal Rumble 2024?
The WWE universe has estimated that Hogan’s recent comments are about a possible return at Royal Rumble, but who knows if he was referring to a comeback at a later date? If that’s the case, there’s a possibility that he doesn’t show up for an appearance at Tropicana Field in Florida.
In fact, even if he was really hinting at the January 27 PLE, Hogan might have been just kidding. As everyone knows, this year’s Royal Rumble is one of the most hyped ones in recent memory, so the company probably doesn’t really need a Hollywood Hogan return to make it great.
