Recently, Andrews, along with JJ Reddick and NBA insiders had a segment where they discussed all the new players who were drafted. This year, a total of 58 players were drafted, which is not usual, as the draft picks are mostly as many as 60.
Regardless, the top picks included some of the most anticipated players, as the fans watched their favorite teams get new additions. Players like Victor Wembanyama, Brandon Miller, and Scoot Henderson received a lot of praise from the fans. Whereas one of them had the night of his life stained by his past.

Miller had his name linked to a tragic shooting that occurred back in January of this year. Malika brought this incident in front of millions of viewers, questioning how the incident affected the teams evaluating him. Fans on the internet were disappointed upon hearing this, as such negativity was not necessary to be presented on Miller’s memorable night.
None of the superiors have addressed this situation as of now. Multiple clips of Malika were shared, in which Andrews seems to have involved some unnecessary information, while on a different topic.
With all sorts of comments pouring in, fans surfaced a picture of Malika’s boyfriend. The person in the image is Dave McMenamin. Dave is also an NBA writer and journalist for ESPN and has been active since 2009. Rumors started to pour in about the two being in a relationship a while back.
Though neither of them has confirmed any of those rumors. The two are professionals in their fields, as they might be keeping things private between them. It will be interesting to see whether the draft night situation will be addressed.
