The internet brings us some of the most entertaining collaborations from time to time. Whilst some may be collaborations between two big internet personalities, there are others that may seem strange at first. As such, when Matan Even and Colby Covington met, people were left stunned by this unlikely alliance.
Recently, internet sensation Matan Even, or The Bill Clinton Kid, posted a clip on his YouTube. Known for his appearances alongside many celebrities, people were left surprised to see him training with UFC welterweight Colby Covington. Most notorious for crashing the Game Awards 2022 ceremony, Matan has made it a habit of appearing where people least expect him to.
In his training session with Covington, Matan can be seen hitting the bags at a UFC Gym. Here, Covington proceeds to teach Matan how to grapple by demonstrating his jiu-jitsu ability. Further, the former interim champion also showcased his wrestling by taking down the young YouTuber. Although it seemed like Covington was putting the hurt on an innocent child, the two looked as though they were enjoying the workout.
In the past, Matan has mysteriously appeared around some of the biggest names on the internet. Be it iShowSpeed, Kai Cenat, or even other popular pages, Matan has a knack for appearing out of thin air. When he is not ‘stream-sniping IRL’ Matan can be found streaming on Twitch, playing Minecraft and Elden Ring. On some occasions, the 16-year-old can also be seen discussing US politics and his perspective on them, which is likely what helped him get along with Covington.
Fans react to Matan Even training with Colby Covington
Soon after it was uploaded, fans flocked to social media to share their thoughts on the matter. Whilst many were left stunned by this unlikely collaboration, there were others who found it to be quite amusing. For the most part, many are still confused about Matan and how he manages to find all these popular streamers and athletes.
With that said, let’s take a look at some of the reactions to Matan and Colby training together.

Thus, many were happy to see Matan take a break from being a troll and actually do something worthwhile. According to some fans, it is a good thing that the youngster is learning how to fight from an established fighter like Covington. Thus, their only hope is that Matan will continue to train and not do this just for social media.
As for Covington, he will be hard at work preparing for his upcoming title fight against Leon Edwards. Initially, it was assumed that Colby would take on Leon in November this year, however, there is yet to be any confirmation on that front. What did you make of Matan’s training with Covington? Could we see the streamer at a UFC event in the future? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
