Aaron Gordon has proven to be an asset on both offense and defense with his agility. Additionally, Michael Porter Jr.’s scoring prowess and versatility make him a challenging defensive matchup for opponents. Kentavious Caldwell Pope brings championship experience and perimeter skills that are much needed.
Nikola Jokic, though, unquestionably, deserves to take center position. His exceptional basketball IQ and vision have made him a defensive problem for opponents. Jokic, the current MVP, seems set to reach even greater heights.
The Nuggets are scheduled to face the Los Angeles Lakers in their season-opening match on 24 October. In their previous encounter in the Western Conference Finals, the Nuggets swept the Lakers. The Nuggets, which is backed by Jokic’s unmatched skillset and a strong core seem ready to establish their dominance once again on the Lakers and in the NBA.
