The gruesome details surrounding the death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gigi Bryant and several other people still stun fans to this day. As we all know, the Los Angeles Lakers legend was killed in a tragic helicopter accident more than 3 years ago.
Although a significant amount of time has passed since then, fans still pay heed to the details revolving around this unfortunate event. Some even go far enough to wonder and hypothesize what Bryant’s final moments before death would have been like. There is only one detail from the autopsy report that has the potential to comfort fans over this tragedy. Let us take a closer look and find out.
How did Kobe and Gigi Bryant die?
Most of us already know what happened. Kobe and Gigi were on a helicopter being piloted by a man named Ara Zobayan. As the helicopter flew close to the mountain terrain, the visibility must have been quite bad. As a result of that, Zobayan tried to take a different route and that is all the official information we have.
Something must have clearly gone wrong when it came to controlling and maneuvering the helicopter, We can simply call it human error since there is no way of knowing for sure. Zobayan got disoriented and ended up crashing the helicopter into a hilly area.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what happened next. Any vehicle moving at those speeds would undoubtedly catch fire on impact. That also explains why there were several intense burn marks and wounds found on Kobe’s and Gigi’s bodies during their autopsies.
One would assume that being burnt to death is a very painful experience. Thankfully, the only comforting side of this story was that they were already reported to have been dead before their bodies caught fire. After all, the sheer impact and wreckage would be enough to end their lives and leave no survivors to tell the tale.

It is truly sad that the only comforting side is that they didn’t have a painful death and most likely passed on instantly. However, there is no way of telling for certain and no denying that their last moments would have been incredibly fear-filled and start. We hope Kobe, Gigi and the others killed in this accident rest in peace.
