It was an incredible battle between the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks at the AT&T Center. Nobody expected to see the Spurs succeed over a team like the Knicks, but Victor Wembanyama made sure it happened. His performance was nothing short of historic while Jalen Brunson had an insane career moment. Unfortunately, the Knicks fell to the Spurs 130-126.
It was the Spurs that took charge throughout the game even while Brunson lit up on the floor. SAS led by as much as 21 points during the second quarter. Brunson hit multiple shots to help close the distance. By the fourth quarter, it came down to the wire. Wembanyama had a couple of good shots and was fouled by the Knicks which ultimately gave away the game.
