It has been great to see teams like the Los Angeles Lakers put in extra effort to get into the playoffs this season. LA was as dominant as they could be against the Memphis Grizzlies. The latter only led by as much as 3 points during the second quarter but LA took control from there. The Lakers have extended their win streak to five games with a 136-124 victory.

There were multiple efforts made by the LA team on offense. LeBron James recorded a triple-double while Rui Hachimura led the pack with an insane double-double. Hachimura also lit up from deep range as well. They’re holding onto the ninth seed while the Grizzlies sink further down the Western Conference standings.

Jaxson Hayes came in as a replacement for Anthony Davis and finished with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Austin Reaves contributed 13 points and 11 assists while Spencer Dinwiddie and Taurean Prince contributed 29 points from the bench.
