“He’s Such a Dirty Player” – Draymond Green Enrages Fans After Trying to Kick Herb Jones During Warriors vs Pelicans

The Golden State Warriors played against the New Orleans Pelicans recently and fans were not disappointed. The first half was not the best for the defending champs. The Dubs conceded more than ten turnovers before halftime and indeed did not look like their usual selves. They stepped up in the second half though, thanks to Stephen Curry and Draymond Green. 

Steph put up 39 points against the Pelicans on the night, along with 8 rebounds and assists each. Curry was once again the best player for the Warriors, but Dray did his thing in defense as well. However, it would be safe to claim that Green was at the center of attention throughout the whole game, but for all the bad reasons. 

NBA fans believe Draymond Green should suffer the consequences for his actions against Herb Jones

The 4x NBA champ bumped into Brandon Ingram and was called for a flagrant foul. Later on, his foul on Herb Jones left the NBA world enraged. In the second quarter, Green was called for an offensive foul on Jones after running into the Pelicans star on his drive to the rim. 

Fans wanted Draymond Green ejected for trying to kick Herb Jones in the head.

As DG was getting up, he appeared to have kicked Jones in the head or was attempting to do so. This didn’t go down too well with fans, as many demanded that Green be suspended for his actions. A fan wrote, “He’s such a dirty player bro, I can’t stand him,” while another said, “He should be suspended for the rest of the season.”
