Caitlin Clark is someone that can never be shaken off track. Ever since she was a child, she has participated in many tournaments and even competed against varsity teams. The Iowa native has achieved many records and has been rewarded for her excellence in the same. From representing the United States at the world level to creating a name for herself, Clark had it all covered. There’s more to her than just the present.
Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes took the world by storm during March Madness. The NCAA witnessed back-to-back historical performances by the 20-year-old point guard and she eventually earned her shot at the title. The Hawkeyes were seen as a serious contender and a threat against the LSU Tigers who played against them in the NCAA Finals last night.
Caitlin Clark emerges victorious despite Hawkeyes’ downfall to LSU
Underdog Angel Reese and her LSU Tigers team had an uncalled-for victory against Iowa last night. Iowa was reduced to a 17-point deficit despite the significant efforts made by Caitlin Clark to win the title. The point guard scored yet another 30-piece along with 8 assists. However, the main issue with the Hawkeyes was their dull shooting consistency. The Tigers shot far better than Iowa and outrebounded them as well.
Unbelievable tournament from Caitlin Clark.

LSU drained an impressive 38-70 shots from the field at 54.3 percent, while Iowa struggled with only 28 of 56 shot attempts. The champions made good use of their inside shooting, knowing that would play in their favor. Reese recorded a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds, supported by three other teammates with 20+ points. Even then, Caitlin Clark still managed to outshine her on-court peers somehow.
Clark has had an insane scoring capacity ever since she started playing basketball. During her senior year in school, she managed to average 30 points per game. This NCAA season, she set the record by beating Sheryl Swoopes’ total most points in a single NCAA tournament. Swoopes set the record back in 1993 which stood at 175. Clark scored 191 points this season and broke the record.

Many would pity the baller for losing the way she did. There was a lot of hype around her which she managed to back up along the way. However, she cannot be entirely blamed for the Hawkeyes’ shortcomings. No matter how great the loss, Clark has enough experience and achievements in the bag to prove she is a certified superstar.
