LeBron James is a freak of nature. This is a known fact, one that was made clear to the basketball world when we saw highlights of a young 18-year-old out of Akron, Ohio playing for St. Vincent-St. Mary high school, throwing down monster dunks and jumping out of the gym.
Year 20 LeBron James was a beast before his foot injury man. 😤

James’ 6’9 build along with a considerable amount of muscle means that he towers over most players and can overpower even the bulkiest of power forwards and centers. The most impressive part of his whole package is the longevity. One can confidently say that in year 21 LeBron throws down the Tomahawk with the same ferocity as year 1 LeBron, if not with more.
Although we are seeing more and more stellar athletes entering the NBA, taking the example of Zion Williamson and Jalen Green, James was the original beast, and his physique and physical gifts have been the prime reason for his sustained dominance in the NBA over an almost 20 year period in the league.
LeBron James once received a contract offer from the Dallas Cowboys to play football
It seems unbelievable considering that the Dallas Cowboys are one of the most storied franchises in the NFL but it’s true. The year was 2011 and James had just been upset in the NBA finals by Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks. The season then went into lockout and many NBA players found themselves without jobs. It was then that LeBron James was offered a contract by Jerry Jones, the owner of the Cowboys, to play for the NFL team.

Unbeknownst to the general public, LeBron James was a generational football player before he ever picked up a basketball. He had a strong throwing right arm and had the chops to roll and catch left-directed passes. For the first two years of high school, James considered the possibility of playing football in college.
This thought-provoking decision was caused due to his high school football debut made previously in the year. In the 1999 Division IV qualifier, the Fighting Irish’s star wide receiver Maverick Carter went down due to illness and they needed an x-factor player who could turn the tide. Quarterback Chris Wooley turned to the coaches and told them to put the then 6’6 LeBron James in. The coaches agreed and James went on to score two touchdowns and leave everybody’s jaws on the floor with his ‘god-like’ display of athleticism and skill.
After his unforgettable high school football debut, he became the star of the Fighting Irish, catching 42 passes for 752 yards and 11 touchdowns during his sophomore year, earning all-state honors. Still, he proved better at shooting hoops and ultimately chose to pursue basketball in the pro leagues, and the rest is history.
