Carlos Alcaraz is easily one of the most talented youngsters with the most potential to improve his game. Carlos Alcaraz at the age of 19 has ensured that he will be considered one of the favourites for a Grand Slam title as well.
Even though Carlos’ performances in the Grand Slams haven’t been that good based on the standards he has set for himself, he continues to improve and put in the work to do what it takes.
However, on the other hand, his performances in other ATP masters have been nothing less than impressive. He has won a total of 5 single ATP titles out which two of them were ATP 1000 Masters events.
Her first ATP title win came in July 2021 by winning the Croatian Open by defeating Richard Gasquet. He later won the Rio Open in February 2022 by defeating Diego Schwartzman.
His Miami Open win was the one which made him get a bit of attention from the tennis fraternity. He won that after defeating Casper Rudd.

His win in Barcelona Open and Madrid Open by defeating Pablo Busta and Alexander Zverev not only put him in the top 1 ATP rankings but also established him as one of the best teenagers in the sport.
Is Carlos Alcaraz the best youngster in tennis right now?
Carlos Alcaraz can surely be considered the best youngster right now. His records speak for themselves. Even though he hasn’t been able to any grand slam title yet we need to consider that he is just 19 years old and is the first player to be born in the 2000s to win multiple Masters 1000 titles.
His performance in the Madrid Open impressed a lot of people since he not only defeated Novak Djokovic but also Rafael Nadal in the same run. Carlos Alcaraz is still very young and he has a lot of time to develop and win Grand Slam titles.

He surely gives us glimpses of a young Rafael Nadal but we can all agree on the fact that he has his own identity and has the potential to surpass the records set by his fellow countryman.
