Even though Carlos’ performances in the Grand Slams haven’t been that good based on the standards he has set for himself, he continues to improve and put in the work to do what it takes.

Is Carlos Alcaraz the best youngster in tennis right now?

Carlos Alcaraz can surely be considered the best youngster right now. His records speak for themselves. Even though he hasn’t been able to any grand slam title yet we need to consider that he is just 19 years old and is the first player to be born in the 2000s to win multiple Masters 1000 titles.

His performance in the Madrid Open impressed a lot of people since he not only defeated Novak Djokovic but also Rafael Nadal in the same run. Carlos Alcaraz is still very young and he has a lot of time to develop and win Grand Slam titles.

He surely gives us glimpses of a young Rafael Nadal but we can all agree on the fact that he has his own identity and has the potential to surpass the records set by his fellow countryman.
