Finn Balor seemingly confirms his injury after Elimination Chamber 2024. The Judgment, along with Dominik Mysterio, defended their tag titles against Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate’s tag team, “New Catch Republic.” After quite a good match, Balor and Damien Priest retained their title. However, there was an injury during the match.

In the early minutes of the match, Dunne and Balor were going at during a striking exchange. However, the action extravaganza went wrong as the Irish superstar seemingly suffered an injury during the spot and that too on his thumb. While it did not tamper with the match, Finn Balor did seem to be in a lot of pain after the match.

In a video, it also could be seen that Finn Balor was visibly in pain after the match was over. He was holding his left thumb and it was also gushing a lot of blood as well. There was a lot of speculation about whether his finger was broken or not. While he has not confirmed whether the finger is completely broken or not, the Irishman has stated that he is injured.

It does not seem like the injury is quite severe. However, fans can expect an official update on the injury from WWE in the coming days. As for his career, Balor is quite an accomplished WWE wrestler and has become a big draw for the company. While his career was dragging along for some time, the formation of ‘The Judgement‘ days has surely resurrected his career.
But, there have been recent reports that both his and Drew McIntyre’s contracts are expiring after WrestleMania 40. Although McIntyre has already expressed internally that he wants to stay with the company, there is no word on what will transpire with Balor’s contract.
