Ryan Garcia has had his fair share of challenges outside the ring, specifically in his dating life. Whilst Ryan is currently loving life with his fiance, Drea Celina Garcia, it was not always the case.
For the most part, Ryan has been in a long-term relationship with his fiance Andrea. Commonly referred to as “Drea,” Celina is a trainer, fashion expert, and social media influencer. Notably, Ryan and Drea had been together for many years.
Interestingly, Drea was born two years before Ryan in 1996 and is of Mexican and Italian descent. Currently, she sports around 150,000 followers on Instagram. Whilst she mainly posts pictures of herself, her content also revolves around fitness and a healthy lifestyle along with products and brands related to the same.
Notably, Garcia also had another girlfriend before Celina. As such, Ryan was in a relationship with Colombian social media influencer, Catherina Priscilla Gamez. Notably, Catherina is also the mother of Ryan’s first child, Rylie, who was born in March 2019. However, the couple decided to call it right after the birth of their daughter.
Ryan Garcia cheated on his longtime girlfriend
Previously, in 2020, Ryan was caught kissing a TikTok star named Malu Trevejo. The incident took place outside a restaurant owned by Juventus legend Alessandro Del Piero. In a viral video, Garcia was seen leaving the restaurant with the TikTok star, before proceeding to kiss her. Although initially, the two seemed fairly normal, the matter escalated rather quickly.
Understandably, an angry Drea, his fiancée, labeled Ryan a “piece of s***”. Notably, at the time, Drea was only 7 weeks away from giving birth to Garcia’s second daughter, Bela. Moreover, Celina stated that Ryan had told her that he was busy training for his upcoming fight. In her Instagram story rant, she also pointed out that he barely sees or spends anytime with his first daughter Rylie.
The incident in question, reportedly took place on October 24, whilst Drea had gone to be with her family. As mentioned previously, the incident happened just seven weeks before the birth of Bela, leaving many to wonder about its implications for Garcia’s future with Drea and in boxing.
However, despite all the speculations, Ryan Garcia and Drea were able to find their way back to each other. Thus, Ryan made a public apology on the matter as the couple moved on from the controversy together. Despite Ryan’s infidelity, the two seemingly weathered the storm before fully committing to each other. Currently, the couple is still together and Ryan will definitely have his fiance Drea and young Bela rooting for him to win on April 22, 2023, against Gervonta Tank Davis.
