The Tate saga continues! Recently, evidence of the Tate brothers being framed was revealed. According to wiretap leaks, two of the alleged victims planned to frame Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan. Upon its release, the Tate fanbase went into a massive uproar, demanding his immediate release.
Previously, we saw evidence from SpyNews which was further verified by investigative journalist Sulaiman Ahmed. From what people were able to gather, WhatsApp messages from two women, who have reportedly claimed to be victims, were conspiring against the brothers.
As per the chats, the women seemingly planned to cry wolf and report the Tates to the authorities. Here, they were also seen admitting that the Tates were not doing anything wrong, or holding anybody against their will. According to sources, the US and the UK-Moldovian woman, named Emma and Aliona, were behind the raid on Tate’s estate in December.
However, there is one more twist in the saga. Reportedly, these women were aware that their messages were being monitored by the Tates. Hence, they decided to pretend that they were conspiring against them so that the Tates would leave them first. By doing so, the women would apparently be able to earn their freedom and get away from Andrew Tate.
Andrew Tate lawyer talks about his release from prison
With new evidence coming out by the boatload, it was about time we heard something from Tate’s lawyer. As such, their new lawyer, rumored to be Tina Glandian, has said that there will be some big news in the next couple of days. Speaking to a radio station, the lawyer gave more insight into the situation.
According to the lawyer, the existing detention period is set to expire on February 27, 2023. As such, if the prosecution wishes to keep Andrew and Co. detained for a further 30 days, they will have to make a request on it soon. Following that, there will be another hearing. However, the lawyer states that she would ideally like her clients to be released without further delay.
Unfortunately, she is not optimistic about their immediate release. Further, she believes that the Tate brothers’ $4 million in seized assets have “given the authorities the incentive to search and find evidence of some wrongdoing to be able to forfeit and keep assets of that nature”. Thus, the authorities are keeping a hold of the assets, hoping to prove that these assets were ill-gotten gains.
Most importantly, she reveals that there are no charges filed against them. Further, the lawyer believes that there is no valid evidence against the brothers and is confident in the defense that she and her team have prepared. With all that said, stay tuned and expect a major update on the case very soon.
