Is Andrew Tate missing his children amid his ongoing legal battle in Romania? Some recent reports suggest he wants to return to his kids!
Former kickboxing champ Andrew Tate recently appeared before a court in Romania. The controversial social media influencer appealed against his 30-day detention order earlier. It all unfolded after the Romanian police arrested Tate on December 29, 2022, in Bucharest. The authorities even raided Tate’s villa and later went on to seize Tate’s vehicles in the compound.
Naturally, Tate disputed the decision and pleaded innocence. His lawyer recently shared some details as to why Andrew Tate should not be in prison. Eugen Vidineac stated that there were no grounds to warrant such long detention. He did not put too much stock into the allegations either.

While Tate was facing charges which included human trafficking, organized crime, and r*pe, Eugen Vidineac was hopeful that his clients would get a favorable ruling during their appeal. But, the reports coming from the scene suggest Tate has just lost his case.
Andrew Tate will remain in detention after losing the court case
On January 10, 2023, Andrew Tate appeared before a Romanian court. His fans around the world were happy to see the 4-time kickboxing champion. Ahead of the hearing, there were reports that Andrew Tate was forced to be hospitalized. But, Tate appeared to be in a good shape despite the reports.
Although his health issues may not be a big concern, his impending legal troubles certainly are. Tate’s lawyer was quite confident about their case. However, that did not quite work out as a report from The Guardian suggests otherwise. According to the British outlet, Tate’s case was not strong enough to warrant bail.

The judge apparently cited that the Tate brothers have the financial means to perhaps escape the country in case they’re granted bail. It could result in a huge obstruction in the investigation process. Hence, they will be in detention for the initially ordered 30 days. But, there is no word whether there will be another extension to their detention period or not.
The report also adds that several of his Romanian properties were seized by DIICOT. Although the Tate brothers appealed against the order to seize their properties and 15 luxury cars, the court maintained its ruling.

But, according to a report from Dexerto, one of the reasons Tates presented in the court for their release, was their children. Apparently, both brothers have children and they wanted to go back to their kids. Some reports suggested that Tate has several offspring throughout the world.
Aside from the two former kickboxers, Andrew’s alleged accomplices, Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel were also present in the court. It looks like all four involved in the case will have to be patient for the time being.
Tate’s lawyer expressed his disappointment about the verdict. Hence, it will be interesting to see if they further appeal about the matter or not.
