It is not impossible to reach the body’s true potential, just like he did. The Australian bodybuilder is fond of classic physiques. He also trains himself in such a manner to build his physique like that of the legendary bodybuilder, with muscular arms, a tapered waist, and broad shoulders.
Just like Schwarzenegger, Kellett also loves training his chest, which is very similar to the former. He believes that the only way he knows his muscles are training is by working when he feels the pump; otherwise, he doesn’t prefer exercising.

Previously, Joel Kellett has revealed that he only takes creatine as a supplement on days when he hasn’t consumed the required amount of red meat. However, he doesn’t prefer taking steroids or any other juice to build his physique. He credits consistency for his muscle growth, as that helps him get used to handling extremely heavy workout routines.
