The 36-year-old Argentine World Cup-winning legend Lionel Messi has been undoubtedly going through the last stage of his incredible soccer career.

Recently, Messi revealed that he couldn't think much longer future of his soccer career, but he would want to represent Argentina in the Copa America 2024.

After dominating European club soccer for two decades, the Barcelona legend recently joined the American Major League Soccer club Inter Miami, where he is enjoying his magic.

While Messi has enjoyed the game, he has won almost every reputed trophy he played. In some interviews, Messi shared some glimpses of his future career after retiring from the professional game.

While many top soccer players have taken coaching or management roles at soccer clubs or national teams, Messi has no strong intention of becoming a coach.

Messi has an interest in becoming a sporting director. It is a relatively new position with various duties, but a sporting director generally works as a senior executive of the management team.

Messi once told journalist Sebastian Vignolo, “I would like to be the sporting director of a club, to build a team, to accompany the coaches, but I’m not sure about that."

Messi has been enjoying the late period of his soccer career. The soccer fans just want to celebrate every upcoming precious moment of his career before the magician finally hangs up his boots.
