The latest episode of WWE SmackDown featured the return of The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns. During the episode, Reigns appeared with Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, and Jimmy Uso. Thereafter, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion took the mic to praise a man.
Roman Reigns stated that if anything happens to him, that particular man will be next in line. He then referred to the man as the next Tribal Chief. With that, Reigns took Solo Sikoa’s name and hugged him. Finally, Roman called Solo the “Tribal Heir,” which means that he would be the heir or successor to The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns if something happened to him in the future.

Thus, it seems Solo Sikoa got a new moniker on the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown. However, before anything happened, WWE immediately filed a trademark for Solo’s new moniker, which was done on December 15, 2023.
It can thus be understood that WWE is very serious about securing all the rights to the new moniker introduced for Solo Sikoa. With that, it remains to be seen if Sikoa will have anything to say about his new moniker in the upcoming days.
Solo Sikoa’s father acknowledges his new moniker
On the very recent episode of WWE SmackDown, Roman Reigns referred to Solo Sikoa as the next in line for the next Tribal Chief. In addition, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion is also called Sikoa the ‘Tribal Heir’. However, it seems Reigns truly meant what he said.
After what Roman said on SmackDown, he took to his Instagram handle to make a post. He posted a picture of him hugging Sikoa and captioned it, “Next in line. #Bloodline”. Thus, it seems Reigns took to his social media handle to once again highlight his words.
Meanwhile, it seems Solo Sikoa’s father, WWE legend and Hall of Famer Rikishi, has acknowledged Roman’s words about his son and his new moniker. After Reigns’ post, Rikishi also took to his Instagram handle to repost The Tribal Chief’s post on his story. In addition to that, Rikishi also added another video of Reigns calling Solo the “Tribal Heir” to his story.
Thus, it seems Solo Sikoa has now received the acknowledgment of his father. With that, it remains to be seen how long before Solo starts using his new moniker. Also, fans would look forward to seeing what lies ahead for Sikoa going forward. In addition to that, they will wait with high anticipation for the day when he will indeed become the next Tribal Chief.
