Bray Wyatt’s sudden demise has left the entire wrestling industry in a world of sadness. The unfortunate news feels immensely shocking as it came days after his return updates. Before he could make a final appearance in the ring, he left for his heavenly abode on August 23.
The recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown was dedicated to the two-time WWE Universal Champion. As the duo was spotted consoling each other, the fans couldn’t help but embrace the ‘pain-filled’ picture. Multiple fans took to X to cite the picture as “heartbreaking“. Another fan took to the tweet and wrote, “Oh man, I can’t believe we have to see Eric Rowan and Braun Strowman like this.” No one from the wrestling industry was prepared for such unfortunate news.
The fans didn’t fail to remember Bray Wyatt’s closest friend Brodie Lee aka Luke Harper and wrote, “I feel so awful for them both. Lost 2 brothers in a span of 3 years“. WWE’s recent edition of SmackDown brought back another set of tears for the WWE Universe yet again. “This was hard to watch without tears welling up, thoughts are with them both“. It is indeed a terrible loss for the entire pro wrestling community.
Braun Strowman is the godfather of Bray Wyatt’s son
Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt formed an integral part of the ‘Wyatt family.’ Over the years, their relationship grew and the two have been great friends ever since. Despite facing off in multiple matches in their career, it never put a blemish on their real-life relationship. The two friends are so close that Braun Strowman is the godfather of Bray Wyatt’s son – Knash.
‘The Monster Among Men’ broke the news on his official Instagram handle where he shared an image. Featuring a backstage picture with Bray Wyatt and Sean Waltman, Braun Strowman held Knash in his hands. Additionally, he wrote, “Finally got to meet my god son last night. I’m so happy for you brother“. As the three men stood smiling, so did the viewers who came across the picture.
