Looking at the entire WWE industry at large, John Cena and The Bloodline are two of the golden picks of WWE. Being a part of the esteemed list of stars, the two are sure to go down in the history of professional wrestling with their legacy. The two have gained a massive audience supporting them and will do so forever.
It is quite intriguing to note that The Bloodline bears a very close resemblance to their forerunners, such as Rikishi and Umanga. This fact helps the faction gather all the more attention from the fans. Following this, it is to be noted that John Cena has a very old connection with The Bloodline. Back in 2002, John Cena got involved in an angle with Rikishi, the father of The Usos.
The two often met for a faceoff in the ring, kicking off his rivalry with the Samoan stars. Cena and Rikishi also had a great time enjoying multiple rap battles. Rikishi was followed by Umanga, who also holds a place as Cena’s opponent. Umanga had been on an undefeated haul after he returned to the Stamford-based promotion in 2006.
He defeated multiple stars in almost a year before John Cena defeated him and, in turn, defended his WWE Championship. Who can forget the iconic rivalry between The Rock and John Cena? With this, Dwayne Johnson also adds to the connection that The Bloodline shares with The Leader Of Cenation.
John Cena and his current storyline with The Bloodline
John Cena has fought almost everyone in the Samoan family in modern times. Carrying the trend forward, Cena is now sharing a great angle with The Bloodline. The extent of their rivalry has reached a point where the two are all set for a match at Fastlane.
Their rivalry kicked off after John Cena made his return to the ring. He was soon confronted by Jimmy Uso, who called Cena “corrupt.” A match was fixed between the two when Solo Sikoa got into the picture. The two then went on a haul to thrash AJ Styles, sending him out in an ambulance. With AJ Styles’ off the cards, LA Knight is Cena’s new partner.
Better late than never!

As the PLE approaches, fans are more excited to see what happens next. It is very clear to everyone that John Cena will not carry on with WWE for a full-time role. Instead, the story will help Knight escalate his reach as he aligns himself with the sensation of the current WWE product, The Bloodline.
