The Bloodline storyline is getting more intense day by day and the fans are waiting for Roman Reigns to drop his titles. There has been a lot of action in the ring among the Samoan superstars and a lot is yet to come. The recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown on July 14, 2023, provides the latest update on Jimmy Uso’s health.
Michael Cole put an end to the segment involving Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Paul Heyman with an update on Jimmy Uso’s injury. He revealed that Jimmy has “ruptured his rib cartilage” which would keep him away from the ring for a “foreseeable future.” Jimmy fell prey to injury the previous week when the members of The Bloodline were involved in a brawl.

The injury might have physically injured Jimmy Uso, but it left Jey Uso feeling guilty about the incident. To add fuel to the fire, Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa heightened the wave of regret in Jey’s mind by blaming Jimmy’s injury on his head. The members also got involved in a terrible brawl leaving the fans all excited for the upcoming storylines.
What is next for Jey Uso amidst Jimmy Uso’s injury?
The Usos have played as a tag team for quite some time now. However, it now appears that Jey Uso will battle his rivals alone until Jimmy returns. Roman Reigns is certainly the most wanted pick for Jey’s rival. The fans have waited for this moment for a long time. But it appears that the plan will finally be put into action.

Jey Uso and Roman Reigns share their rivalry multiple times in the ring. While the two Samoan wrestlers had joined hands to form The Bloodline, it took time for Jey, to win Tribal Chief’s trust. The story that had been left unfinished, has now reignited. It won’t be long enough that the fans have to wait to see Roman Reigns and Jey Uso take over the ring.
Roman Reigns has transformed Jey Uso from a mid-card tag team act into a bona fide main eventer.

Jey Uso was never down with the idea of acknowledging Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief. However, he soon had to give in to his ideology and accept his fate. Now is the time for him to take revenge for the insults that were showered upon him. Recently, Jey Uso pinned down the Tribal Chief after his legendary winning streak. It wouldn’t be shocking if Jimmy Uso stands by his twin as he takes over the titles from Roman Reigns.
