- Tiffany Stratton made her NXT debut as a heel with a unique gimmick.
- In an interview, Stratton revealed two major inspirations behind her gimmick.
Jessica Woynilko, popularly known as Tiffany Stratton, is an American professional wrestler signed to the WWE. She made her wrestling debut in the Stamford-based promotion in 2021 and won her first title in 2023. Tiffany Stratton is quite famous among the fans because of her annoying glamorous girl gimmick. But this was not the case when she began her career in the Triple-H-led promotion.
In her early days, she debuted in NXT as a heel with a gimmick called ‘spoiled rich daddy’s girl’. The gimmick went on in her early days, but after she returned in 2023 after injury, her persona was changed, and the ‘daddy’s little rich girl’ gimmick was dropped. In an interview with WrestlingNews.co, Tiffany revealed what inspired her gimmick and why it was dropped.

Tiffany explained that she was the one who pitched the idea of the gimmick, and it worked for some days. She further said, “But eventually, the character my big inspo was Sharpay Evans from High School Musical. I think she’s an icon.” Stratton credits Sharpay Evans, a high school musical character played by Ashley Tisdale, as her inspiration.
Sharpay was not the only one who inspired Tiffany’s gimmick; she also credited Paris Hilton, a famous American media personality and businesswoman, for inspiring her. She said, “Paris Hilton has always been like a big inspiration with like, the fashion, the gears, the clothes I wear, the way I wear my hair or my makeup,” explaining how she tried to be like her.
Tiffany further explained that her daddy’s rich little girl character was dropped because WWE told her that there was no one to portray her daddy’s role. However, she also explained that she had never thought much about the gimmick, and it got scrapped because it lacked vision.
WWE recently changed Tiffany Stratton’s entrance theme song
Tiffany has been a rising superstar since she made her debut in the promotion after participating in the Royal Rumble 2024. In the episode of Monday Night RAW dated February 19, 2024, Stratton surprised fans with her new entrance theme.
Tiffany Stratton interrupted a heated segment between female superstars who qualified for the Elimination Chamber. She made her entrance with a new song that started with her catchphrase, ‘It’s Tiffany Time’. And it seems like her old theme, ‘Keep Up’, has been discontinued.
Tiffany Stratton had a career in gymnastics before joining professional wrestling
Few people know that Tiffany had an excellent background in gymnastics before she entered the world of pro wrestling. She graduated from St. Catherine University, where she practiced gymnastics for several years.
Stratton was named to the U.S. National Team of Gymnastics in 2016 and participated in numerous tournaments. Her moves, including her finisher the ‘Prettiest Moonsault Ever’ showcase her strong athletic background in gymnastics.
