WWE’s CEO Stephanie McMahon Asks Superstars Not to Be Scared

WWE co-CEO and Chairwoman Stephanie McMahon on Friday assured the WWE employees that there's nothing to be scared of following the news of Vince McMahon's return.

The founder of the WWE Vince McMahon on Friday confirmed that he's returning to the WWE to help the company to negotiate a future sale.

This news was reportedly not received well by several employees and talents as everyone had doubts over their job security considering McMahon's previous track record.

According to PWInsider, Stephanie McMahon in a meeting with the WWE employees assured that Vince's return is only for the sale of the company and he won't be taking up his previous roles.

Stephanie also referred to Vince's return as an "exciting time" for the company. Nick Khan told the employees that the company's day-to-day functioning won't be disrupted by this news.

"In terms of the day-to-day of the company, nothing is changing, Steph is in her role, I'm in my role, Paul [Levesque] is in his role." Khan said in the meeting.(h/t: Wrestling Inc)

Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund is currently reported to be the front runners to buy the WWE if Vince decides to sell.

It'll be interesting to see what the future will be for the company moving forward. Fans are hoping that McMahon won't take his previous roles back.
