WWE recently saw massive changes at the top as Vince McMahon made his return to the company and became the Executive Chairman of the Board.

McMahon was forced to retire following sexual misconduct allegations last year but he came back to power in order to find potential buyers for the company.

Vince's daughter and WWE's co-CEO Stephanie McMahon surprisingly resigned from her role on Tuesday after the billionaire made his return to the promotion.

The recent developments reportedly have caused panic among the talents as the morale was at an all-time high while Stephanie was in charge.

But according to WWE legend and current AEW star Matt Hardy, the talents are happy to work under Triple H and things haven't changed much after Vince's recent return to the company.

Hardy said that his friends in the WWE have told him that despite the changes in the background, the company's policies and expectations for talents haven't changed a bit.

Hardy also admitted that Vince McMahon is a scary individual to have in the Gorilla Position but for a successful organization like the WWE, it's important to have a ruthless leader like him.

It'll be interesting to see what the future will hold for the promotion and the talents following Vince's return. Fans want the chairman to stay clear of the creative department.
