Former WWE Champion Seth Rollins in the main event of the first Raw of 2023 challenged Austin Theory for the United States Championship.

The match was won by the current United States Champion after he hit Rollins with a low blow while the referee was distracted.

The most talked about moment in the match happened when Rollins landed on his feet during a spot and injured his knee.

While many people thought the injury was part of the story, a new off-the-air video on social media suggests that the injury might be a legitimate one.

In the video, Rollins is helped out of the arena by commentator Corey Graves and the referee is also seen gesturing the "X sign" which is usually done to indicate real injuries.

As of now, the severity of the injury is unclear. Some fans feel that Rollins was selling the injury and he's perfectly fine.

Rollins during his first WWE championship run in 2015 suffered a similar knee injury which forced him to vacate his title. He was out of action for almost a year.

Fans are really worried about Rollins after the video came out and many are hoping that the former Shield member can recover quickly and return to the ring soon.
