On the most recent WWE RAW broadcast, 16-time WWE Champion, John Cena made a significant comeback and engaged in a battle with Austin Theory. The two were scheduled for a match at WrestleMania 39.

The match between John Cena and Austin Theory was officially announced. Before accepting Theory's challenge to meet him at WrestleMania 39, Cena and Theory engaged in a heated verbal exchange.

Many fans believe that Cena will win the battle. Teddy Long, a member of the WWE Hall of Fame, recently stated the reasons why the US Champion must defeat Cena at WrestleMania 39.

"That's the way it should be. He should beat Cena. So that Cena can leave and go back to Hollywood," said Teddy Long when he was asked.

He thinks that would be the right thing, as he said, "Theory is going to be right here on the roster. So I think it's a good move for Theory and I think that's going to boost him."

At the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble 2018 event in Saudi Arabia, Cena last won a singles battle at a live WWE event. He defeated WWE legend Triple H that evening.

John Cena hasn't won a singles victory in the WWE in almost five years. It would be Cena's first singles victory at a WWE in five years if he can defeat Theory at The Show of Shows.

Fans of Cena will have to patiently wait to see him win his first singles victory in years if Theory is ultimately defeated at WrestleMania.
