As one of the most legendary players in NBA, 51-year-old Shaquille O'Neal has been gaining much prominence, as evidenced by the achievements achieved throughout his 19-year basketball career.

Carrying the outlook of a dominant sports personality, Shaquille has always remained quite open throughout his life and career, including his professional life and relationships.

In one of his interviews of the Revolt podcast #DrinkChamps, the Big Diesel, in conversation with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN discussed various topics, the highlight being his avoidance for public drinking.

"I do drink, but not in public because I can’t do anything to jeopardize my mother’s empire... so if I’m at the house, I’ll drink, but I’m not going to drink at a restaurant and jump in a car.

"Cos my father always used to tell me, if you mess the money up, your mama ain’t going to have no house; if you mess the money up, your mama ain’t going to eat.“

Shaquille's clean image, is, however, a big result in terms of following the philosophy of his mother and the outcome of the results working in favor of his professional field.

In relation to this, the NBA legend has previously been a part of the Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility, promoting responsible drinking and individual limits.

With the hope of educating individuals and the launch of the Virtual Bar mobile app, Shaquille wrote, "The Virtual Bar is a smart tool for fans to consider using before hitting bracket parties."

On the one hand, while a majority of players, including major sports personalities representing eminent industries, have gone broke, Shaquille's prominence remains in discussion today.

With an estimated $400 million net worth, Shaquille's portfolio portrays him as the owner of several estates, fitness facilities, restaurants, including his investments.
