Throughout the 30-year history of the UFC, the promotion has witnessed an elite group of champions emerge from all of the divisions because of their skills and techniques.

Many great fighters like Anderson Silva, Randy Couture, Jon Jones, and Matt Hughes have graced the octagon with their performances, leaving a huge impact on the fans.

However, there were also many fighters who garnered a lot of fans with their world-class skill but could not rise above as champions. Let us check out five such fighters.
