Roman Reigns has been the WWE Universal champion for over 700 days and at this year's WrestleMania he added the WWE championship as well to his collection after beating Brock Lesnar.
Roman has been strongly booked since his return in SummerSlam 2020 as he is yet to be pinned or submitted since 2019.
Roman in his recent title defense, retained the titles against Drew McIntyre at the Clash at the Castle premium live event.
Now the fans are eager to know who will be the superstar who is going to end Roman’s historic title reign. As it could be a huge opportunity put someone over.
Some of the names that are rumored to beat Roman are Cody Rhodes, Bron Breakker, Bray Wyatt, Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre etc.
But according to Cage side seats, The reason why Roman is successfully retaining his titles is because The WWE are planning to do The Rock vs Roman Reigns at next year’s Wrestlemania..
The Rock and Roman who are cousins have had their moments in a WWE ring together in the past but they are yet to compete in a one-on-one match.
Triple H recently said he would love to have the Great One for Mania but the big money match depends on The Hollywood superstar's schedule.
According to DaveMeltzer of The Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE wants Ronda Rousey to be a megastar like Brock Lesnar.
