Even after achieving their lifelong dream of having everything in the world, Serena and Venus Williams had this one incident that terrified them the most.

In 2003, the tennis players suffered a devastating loss when their sister was killed in a mishap.

Yetunde Price, the Williams sisters' older half-sister, was killed by gun violence in the city of Compton.

The tragedy that occurred in 2003 completely tore up the Williams family, and the family was left devastated after this event.

The Williams family as a whole went through a lot of difficulty in their battle to get justice for Price and punish those responsible for this crime.

She was shot in the back when her fiance was driving through a notoriously dangerous section of Compton.

The most surprising aspect of the occurrence was the fact that Price was shot around a mile and a half away from the tennis court where the famous tennis sisters first learnt to play the game that would later make them famous.

The enormous setback had a very distressing effect on the Williams sisters, particularly on Serena Williams herself.
