Vince McMahon recently made his return to the WWE in order to find suitors for a potential sale of his billion-dollar company.

Vince's daughter and WWE's co-CEO Stephanie McMahon surprisingly left her role days after her father announced his return to the company.

There were rumors that Vince McMahon had agreed to sell the company to Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund and that was the reason behind Stephanie's resignation.

But it was later revealed that the news of a potential takeover from Saudi Arabia was false and McMahon is still exploring options to sell the Stamford-based company.

According to a new report from Axios.com, Stephanie McMahon and her husband Triple H were opposed to Vince McMahon's idea of selling the company.

This new report has added a new dimension to the story as fans feel that Stephanie resigned because of her disagreements with her father.

Triple H who is the Chief Content Officer of the WWE is still handling his roles in the company and a departure from him could turn out to be a huge setback to the talents and the fans.
