Being the top goal scorer and 5-time Ballon d'Or winner, Cristiano Ronaldo has made quite a name for himself worldwide, especially for his personality and physique, along with his athletic skills.

The legend follows a strict workout and diet regimen by remaining consistent with the training required as an athlete to perform well in his professional career.

From a skinny player to becoming one of the fittest players in the league, Ronaldo works on extensive field training, gym workouts, and warmup routines, from technical drills to cardio exercises.

Donning his six-pack abs, his five-day workout starts with circuit training like squats, jumps, and bounds, followed by a rest day, resuming with circuit training pushups and pullups on Wednesday.

His other workouts include quads, power cleans, and spirits on Thursday, abs workouts, and core exercises like deadlifts and squats on Friday, resuming on Sunday with cardio exercises again.

Being a Portuguese native, Ronaldo has been strict with his diet plans, which include the intake of fruit juices, bread, eggs, fish, and steak, dividing his routine into a 6-course meal per day.

For breakfast, he has fruit juice, egg whites, or avocado toast that follows his seafood love in Snack 1 tuna roll and fresh sardines with bread, and later with a protein in lunch.

For Snack 2, he takes up a protein shake; for dinner, his favorite Portuguese dish is "Bacalhau à Brás', or a protein with salads, watermelons, and a glass of wine; later, he ends the day with a dessert.
