Serena Williams is "very thrilled" that there are an equal number of male and female athletes in her Super Bowl commercial as there are celebrities. Serena Williams has taken up golf in her newfound spare time.

A large group of mega-talented actors and athletes congregate at the fictitious Bushwood Country Club for "New Members Day" in the Caddyshack-inspired advertisement.

"I love the idea of just having such a diverse set of athletes, actors, people,. It was really cool honestly to just be on that set  it was really great opportunity to just work with some really different people that I don't get to work with on an everyday basis." said Williams.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion is joined in a round by Brian Cox, the actor who portrays Logan Roy in the popular HBO series "Succession."

Williams, though, was most intrigued by the top female athletes. Nneka Ogwumike, a seven-time WNBA All-Standout and 2016 MVP, as well as Alex Morgan.

"It's absolutely excellent. One thing I appreciate about Michelob Ultra is that they truly care about gender equality in sports" said Williams.

A portion of the advertisement is a continuation of Michelob Ultra's $100 million, five-year commitment "to improve the prominence of female athletes" and women's sports in general.

"Williams stated, "We need that, and having something like this in a Super Bowl commercial is a significant deal. And I'm quite pleased with it."
