The match saw several botches and received no reaction at all from the live crowd. This led to fans criticizing Rousey and calling her a bad wrestler.

Rousey said that the apron DDT spot was botched because she was trying to protect Shotzi as that particular spot wasn't practiced enough before the match.

Rousey then said that the biggest botch that she made in the WWE which haunts her even now is the one that she made against Ruby Riott.

Rousey missed a slap on the Riott squad leader and the WWE later made reaction videos of that incident. Rousey admitted that she's unhappy with the company for doing that.
