Ronda Rousey is one of the biggest stars in WWE right now. She was part of the first-ever women's Wrestlemania main event three years ago.

Rousey recently opened up about how women aren't given enough importance compared to the men in the WWE and she hopes to change it.

In the latest episode of Ronda on the Road, she talked about how women are competing with the men's matches in the WWE in order to get featured more on the card.

She also criticized the company for giving more matches and TV time to men compared to women and she'd like to make a change in that situation.

She said that the women in the company are a team and their ultimate goal is to make sure that they put on great matches after another.

She also said that her aim is to make fans and the higher-ups understand the fact that women are not a small part of the company and they should be considered equal to men.

There have been so many positive changes in the WWE since Triple H took over and Ronda hopes that the new regime will treat the women's roster better than how they were treated.

Ronda Rousey is currently the Smackdown Women's Champion and she will defend her championship against Shotzi at Survivor Series Wargames.
