Roman Reigns’ Future Will Be Affected as Vince Tries to Sell WWE

Roman Reigns currently holds both the WWE and Universal titles following his win against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 in a championship unification match.

The Tribal Chief has defeated several top stars for the championship since unifying the belts. Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Brock Lesnar, etc. are some big names who fell short against Reigns.

One major issue Triple H is facing with Reigns is that the company currently doesn't have a top champion on Raw as Reigns is a Smackdown exclusive superstar.

According to a new report from Xero news, the WWE has internally discussed separating the two belts by stripping Reigns of one of his championships.

The WWE championship looks to be the belt that Reigns might be asked to drop as Triple H is planning to take the championship from Reigns as a punishment for The Bloodline's recent Raw invasions.

The source also reported that the current Undisputed Tag Team Champions The Usos will also be forced to vacate their Raw Tag Team Championships due to their recent actions.

The report says that Reigns might be stripped of the championship before the upcoming 30th-anniversary edition of Raw. Reigns is set to defend his championships against Kevin Owens at Royal Rumble.

Vince McMahon's arrival could also have an impact on the decision as some fans feel that if Vince takes over creative duties then Reigns will not be asked to vacate one of his belts.
