The tennis community will once again get to see ATP superstars play as captains of Team World and Team Europe during the Laver Cup.

The whole tennis community is already anticipating the tournament, which will be hosted this season at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.

In many ways, the 2022 Laver Cup was unusual. For starters, it hosted Roger Federer's final match of his career.

Federer announced his retirement from professional tennis at the Laver Cup in late September. He put down his racket and said goodbye at the Laver Cup which makes it an emotional memory to remember.

But now in 2023 Roger Federer appears to have confirmed his decision to attend this year's Laver Cup in Vancouver!

The creator of the Laver Cup, Roger Federer, won't play on the court this year, but he will be present, as will the skippers Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe.

Federer will be a guest at the Laver Cup in late September. And this has gotten his fans excited! After months of waiting, fans are just excited to see him on the tennis court.

This is likely to change very shortly, and this might not be his first and last post-retirement appearance. There have been several rumours in recent weeks indicating that Roger Federer will be a part of the BBC's Wimbledon coverage in 2023.
