Royal Rumble provided a lot of surprises to its audience as well as the wrestlers. One such surprise was Rhea Ripley winning the Women's Royal Rumble after being speared by Beth Phoenix earlier that night.

Rhea entered the Royal Rumble match as the 1st entrant and lasted for the complete duration. She eliminated WWE SmackDown superstar Liv Morgan to achieve this feat.

Ripley set two records in the match as she became the first woman to win the match from #1 and also spent the longest time in a women's Royal Rumble match at 61 minutes.

The Eradicator has earned an opportunity to challenge either the RAW or Smackdown women's champion in the upcoming WrestleMania. However, she suffered a dislocation during the match.

The Royal Rumble winner revealed that her knee was dislocated briefly during the match. Fortunately, it would pop back into place, and Rhea continued to fight in the match.

In the post-show press conference, Ripley shared this incident and her feeling after winning Royal Rumble with records under her name.

"I’m obviously beat up. My knees aren’t very good in general. My knee did dislocate for a second, and then it went back in. I’m feeling good now." Ripley told the interviewer.

’I'm just excited, so I’m blocking out everything else. If anything, I can smell blood in my nose, and that’s there, but my knee is good," The Eradicator further added.
